Access to the client area at client.asteo.eu is reserved for onboarded clients and applicants. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and authentication devices, for all activity carried out under your access, and for notifying us without delay of any suspected unauthorised use. We may suspend access for security, legal or regulatory reasons, or where required to protect clients or the integrity of our systems.

7. Intellectual property

The ASTEO name and logo, and all text, graphics, layouts, page design, source code, databases and other material published on this website, are protected by intellectual property rights owned by or licensed to ASTEO LUXEMBOURG S.A. Reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part and by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorisation, except for temporary reproduction strictly necessary for consultation and for the printing of a single copy for private use.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including public registers maintained by the CSSF, CONSOB and GLEIF. Such links are provided for convenience and verification purposes only. 11. Complaints handling

Complaints may be addressed free of charge to complaints@asteo.eu or by post to the Complaints Officer, ASTEO LUXEMBOURG S.A., 120 Boulevard de la Pétrusse, L-2330 Luxembourg. We acknowledge receipt within ten business days and aim to provide a substantive response within one month. If you are not satisfied with the response, or if no response is received within one month, you may refer the matter to the CSSF in accordance with CSSF Regulation N° 16-07 on out-of-court complaint resolution. Italian retail clients may also refer to the competent Italian alternative dispute resolution scheme where applicable.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The courts of the city of Luxembourg have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, without prejudice to any mandatory rules of consumer protection that may grant a consumer the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
